6. Dependent of Freedom Fighter Certificate (if applicable)

7. ESM Certificate
   • Issued by the Zila Sainik Board if applicable.
8. Income and Asset Certificate for EWS Candidates
   • As per Haryana Govt. Notification No. 16/10/2024/6HB-I/dated 14.08.2024.
9. Creamy/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC-A/BC-B Category Candidates
   • As per Haryana Govt. Notification No. 16/10/2024/6HB-I/dated 14.08.2024.
